Ellen D. Kirsh, CPA
Founder and principal
Ellen Kirsh is a seasoned business executive and Certified Public Accountant. After starting her career in public accounting, she worked as vice president of finance at a publicly traded investment firm, managing venture partner relationships and taking part in the investment process.
She also has worked as a senior manager in audit & tax strategy at a big four firm and in leading asset management at a large commercial real estate investment firm and holding company.
She previously started a real estate loan closing company.
Additionally, she co-founded and managed a technology-focused recruiting company, specializing in the Embedded, IoT, IIoT, CyberSec, InfoSec, Go-To-Market, AdTech markets, and others.
Throughout her career, she has worked with high-net worth and ultra-high-net worth business owners and clients, assisting with complex tax planning and associated filings.
Additionally, Ellen has a Life, Health and Long-Term Care Insurance license. She previously has held Real Estate and Title Insurance licenses.
She volunteers as legislative advocative for the Association for FrontoTemporal Dementia and Project Lyme. Further, she sits on the Bretton Woods Recreation Club Finance Committee.
Ellen also volunteers as a tax counselor with the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program, where she help seniors and low-income individuals navigate their tax filings.
She has two sons, one who resides in San Francisco and the other who lives in the Washington, DC area. And, when not working, Ellen spends her time playing pickleball, enjoying art & music and reading. She also enjoys supporting her Alma Mater — Go Terps!
She has over thirty years of experience in financial services and is looking forward to connecting, solving problems and creating ideal outcomes for her clients.

Cybersecurity Advisor
George is the CEO, CTO, and co-founder of Hydrus.ai, with 10+ years of experience in ESG, software engineering, data analysis, and cybersecurity. In addition, he is the managing partner of SDL Engineering, a software engineering consultancy.
He has previously founded a cybersecurity firm and a biotechnology startup. He holds a degree in Finance, with a concentration in Quantitative Finance, from the University of Maryland.
Concord Point CPA & Advisory helps clients in sensitive and vulnerable time periods. We take the duty to protect client data seriously. Because of this, we employ cybersecurity and secure data warehousing tools. We aim to curtail risk before it manifests.
Derrick Carr, PhD
Data Science Advisor
Derrick Carr is a physicist and data scientist with Ph.D. in Astrophysics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has authored multiple papers in academic journals, utilizing data science techniques and statistical methods.
His research involved classifying the evolutionary states of galaxies.
He has a deep understanding of various machine learning techniques, including anomaly detection, convolutional neural networks, decision trees, and random forest models.
We strive to employ cutting edge yet validated techniques for parsing large amounts of client data. As a result, our ability to serve clients improves while limiting the number of hours spent.
